mince curry pie recipe

make this curried mince into old school curry pies. really easy to make. recipe written below.

little olive oil or any oil
2 brown onions chopped small
fry 2 mins then add
1 kg beef mince
fry 2 mins then add
1 and 1/2 table sp corn flour mix well then add
1 and 3/4 cups chicken stock
1/2 to 1 table sp keens curry powder
2 cloves garlic crushed or 2 heap tea sp jar garlic
1/4 tea sp chilli flakes optional
1 table sp brown sugar mix really well put on simmer aprox 15 to 20 mins
